Scegliete, amate, votate. La collezione primavera estate 2025 di Casa Preti si concentra sul tema della scelta. Da sempre schierati a favore del diritto e dei diritti, oggi più che mai sentiamo l’esigenza di tradurre questo concetto, fondamentale ma semplice, che riguarda la nostra libertà: il voto.

Inteso come possibilità radicale di cambiamento. Elementi stilistici, come ex voto, simboleggiano non tanto una promessa a una divinità, ma verso se stessi e al dovere che coinvolge l’altro. Tornare all’essenziale con fibre organiche e linee rigorose che de La Libertà che guida il popolo di Delacroix ne traducono analiticamente la natura di una chemisier scivolata sulle spalle, pronta a prendere in mano la bandiera della libertà. Capi che citano le vesti dell’incedere de Il quarto stato di Pellizza da Volpedo, che dall’onirico della tela conducono ad una divisa netta e rigorosa. Il sogno di libertà può diventare realtà attraverso la scelta di ogni singolo individuo.

Abbiamo nitido il sogno del mondo in cui vogliamo vivere, così come è nitida la palette di colori, che si muove dai toni dei bianchi e dei grigi tenui che acquistano forza accompagnati dai rosa. La collezione si struttura con volumi ampi e tagli decisi e da pattern di griglie che richiamano schede elettorali. È dal semplice gesto di una matita che incide un segno sul foglio che si può riscoprire la forza del nostro sentire, l’artigianalità visionaria, la famiglia e l’incontro

 

Choose, love, vote. The spring summer 2025 collection by Casa Preti focuses on the theme of choice. We have always been in favor of rights and freedoms, and now more than ever we feel the need to translate this fundamental but simple concept that concerns our liberty: the vote.

Understood as the radical possibility of change. Stylistic elements, such as ex-votos, symbolize not so much a promise to a deity, but rather a commitment to oneself and to the duty that involves others. Returning to the essential with organic fibers and rigorous lines that analytically translate the nature of Delacroix’s Liberty Leading the People into the form of a chemise that slides over the shoulders, ready to take up the banner of freedom. Garments that cite the attire of the figures in Pellizza da Volpedo’s The Fourth Estate, leading from the dreamlike quality of the painting to a clear and rigorous uniform.

The dream of freedom can become a reality through the choice of each individual. We have a clear vision of the world in which we want to live, just as the color palette is clear, moving from tones of white and soft grays that gain strength accompanied by pinks. The collection is structured with ample volumes and decisive cuts and grid patterns that recall ballot papers. It is from the simple gesture of a pencil making a mark on the page that we can rediscover the strength of our feelings, the visionary craftsmanship, the family, and the encounter.
